Photography Service & Usage Terms

Thank you for choosing PanoHome. To keep our service simple and transparent, the following information explain our photography review process, payment, photo usage, and copyright ownership.

1. Photo Review

After the photography session, photographs will be provided to the client through an online link or digital gallery for review and approval.

2. Review, Revisions & Payment

Clients may review the photographs before payment. If the client is not satisfied with the photographs, the photographer will make reasonable revisions upon request. If the client remains unsatisfied after the revisions, the client may decline to proceed with the purchase within three (3) days of receiving the photographs and will not be required to pay the photography fee.

3. License Upon Payment

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased photographs for the specific property and on the platforms and for the purposes agreed upon at the time of purchase.

No public, commercial, or promotional use of the photographs is permitted before full payment and the grant of the applicable license.

4. Copyright Ownership

All copyrights in the photographs remain with the photographer. Payment for photography services does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.

5. Copyright Transfer

Any transfer of copyright ownership must be expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by the photographer.
